  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Official check-in time is at 3:00 PM, and check-out time is at 11:00 AM.

  • Is it possible to have a late check-out?

    Late check-out is subject to availability and can only be arranged directly with the reception desk.

  • Is it possible to have an early check-in?

    Early check-in is subject to availability and can only be arranged directly with the reception desk.

  • What services are offered free of charge?

    Access to the hotel’s Jacuzzi, sauna, and gym is complimentary, as is access to the Ursa Minor Rooftop Bar & Restaurant. Additionally, parking is free of charge for hotel guests, and shuttle bus service to and from the city center (based on a schedule) is also provided at no cost. Minibar items are complimentary, and a coffee & tea set is available in the rooms, but refills are not provided during the stay.

  • Can I cancel or modify my booking?

    This depends on the cancellation policy you agreed to during your booking.

  • What are the available transport options from the hotel?

  • How far is the city center?

    The center of Thessaloniki is 2 km away, approximately a 5-minute drive.

  • Are there accommodation options for families and children?

    Please check availability for the FAMILY ROOM category.

  • Can I add an extra crib or bed to my room?

    This is possible upon request and subject to availability. Please contact the reservations department directly.

  • Is there parking at the hotel, and is there a charge?

    The hotel offers a 300-space outdoor parking lot free of charge for guests.

  • Is there a restaurant or bar at the hotel?

    The central P-Bar operates year-round (8:00 AM – 1:00 AM in winter and 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM in summer). Breakfast is served daily at the Zaytinya restaurant. During winter, lunch and dinner are served at Zaytinya (12:00 PM – 11:30 PM), while in summer, à la carte services are offered at Ursa Minor Rooftop Bar & Restaurant (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM).

  • Is the hotel pet-friendly?

    Pets are not allowed in rooms or common areas.

  • Is there a 24-hour reception?

    Yes, the reception operates 24/7.

  • Do you have rooms for people with disabilities or mobility issues?

    The hotel does not offer specially designed rooms for disabled guests.

  • What Wi-Fi options are available in the room?

    Complimentary satellite Wi-Fi internet (200 Mbps upload/download) is available throughout the hotel.

  • What are the policies for payment and deposit guarantees?

  • What are the breakfast hours?

    Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM Monday through Saturday and from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Sundays and holidays.

  • Is breakfast à la carte or buffet?

    Breakfast is offered as an American-style buffet and includes certified “Greek Breakfast” products.

  • I have dietary allergies. Can I eat at the hotel?

    Please inform hotel staff about your allergies. Allergen information is included in the bar/restaurant/room service menus.

  • I am vegan/vegetarian or have gluten sensitivity. Are there options for me?

    Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options are available at the breakfast buffet and in the à la carte menu.

  • Is there an option for a takeaway breakfast or early breakfast?

    If you are leaving before 7:00 AM, you can request a packed breakfast. This service is available upon arrangement.

  • Can we play cards or other games in common areas?

    Games such as board games, backgammon, and card games are not permitted in the hotel’s public or dining areas.

  • Can I consume food and beverages I have brought with me?

    The consumption of products from external suppliers is not allowed in any common or dining areas. Food and beverage services are exclusively provided by the hotel.

  • What is the smoking policy?

    In accordance with current legislation, smoking, vaping, or the use of tobacco products is strictly prohibited in all rooms and public areas of the hotel. Designated smoking/vaping/tobacco use areas are available.

  • Does the hotel provide internet access to its guests?

    The hotel offers free wireless internet at 200 Mbps. If higher speed internet is required for an event, prior notice of at least 10 days is necessary. This internet service is subject to an additional charge.

  • I want to organize an event at your hotel and need to broadcast it via live streaming. Is it possible?

    We do not provide live streaming or Zoom services. This service is handled by an external partner at an additional cost.

  • Is technical support available during events?

    Technical staff are available to provide support during events but not for the entire duration of the event. If full-time technical support within the venue is required, the service is provided by an external partner at an additional cost.

  • What is the option for securing valuable items? Is there a safe?

    A safe box is available in all rooms (sized for a netbook). You can also store valuables at the reception desk.

  • Is it possible to make group or corporate bulk bookings? If so, what are the policies?

  • Is luggage storage available before check-in or after check-out?

    Luggage storage is available free of charge in a designated area.

  • Is medical assistance or a pharmacy available nearby?

    The hotel collaborates with external doctors (charged per consultation). The nearest pharmacy is 1.5 km away.

  • Is there a gym? What are the operating hours?

    The Pulse Gym is on the first floor and is complimentary for adult guests, available by appointment. Hours: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM.

  • Is there a laundry service?

  • Can I upgrade my room?

  • Does the room rate include spa access?

    Room rates include access to the Jacuzzi and sauna at the Pulse Gym. Massage/spa services are charged separately and require a reservation.

  • Can I book a room for bridal/groom preparations?

  • Are there bunk beds in the hotel?

    No bunk beds are available. Extra beds/family rooms can be arranged upon request and subject to availability.

  • Is there a hair salon at the hotel?

  • Do you have an electric vehicle charging station?

  • Is there a pool? What are the charges?

    The hotel features two small water areas (measuring 4 x 3 meters each) on the third floor at Ursa Minor. Access is free for guests and open to external visitors (11:00 AM – 1:30 AM) for €15/person Monday-Friday and €20/person Saturday-Sunday.

  • When does the hotel rooftop operate?

    The Ursa Minor Rooftop Bar & Restaurant operates during summer months, from 11:00 AM to 1:30 AM, with à la carte services available 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM.

  • Are there sea-view rooms?

    A limited number of rooms offer partial views of the commercial port.

  • Is the hotel certified for environmental sustainability?

    The hotel holds a Green Key certification, renewed regularly, and is committed to environmentally friendly practices.

  • Can a triple room accommodate 2 adults and 2 children?

    Triple rooms accommodate up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child. For 2 adults and 2 children, a family room is required.

  • Is there a pillow menu?

    A pillow menu is available, including down and feather pillows, as well as hypoallergenic linens and pillows upon request.

  • I would like to organize a party or reception in one of the hotel’s venues. Until what time is music allowed, and at what volume?

  • What is the permitted sound level?

    The permitted sound level is up to 80 dB.
